Review the policies carefully when purchasing insurance. In my case they are charging me more than what is supposed to be. I am dissatisfied with the charges and the customer service via telephone. From there on out the application is very easy to use.

Terrible service, horrible and in a bad way. If you don't like to work, don't do it.

This time I loved it because there was no line to serve me.

Are they turtles or are they people in boxes? Already waiting for two hours to do a simple procedure at the window, it says waiting time is approximately 33 m and I've been practically on time... And if you are not a customer, they treat you like garbage like a leper... super bad service, you don't even want to be a BBVA customer, honestly...
